Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return or exchange. If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed return instructions.

Yes, unless the item was damaged or defective when received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

After we receive and check your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable.
